EMBOSSING

Embossing is the process by which an image is pressed into paper from the underside to raise the desired area on the paper surface. It can be blind, where no ink is involved or printed, whereby the image can both be felt and seen in ink. When combined with foil-stamping, the visual and three-dimensional effect is unmatchable. Use this process as an enhancement or as your primary design.
